    • Fully customized strength and training programs accustomed to your physique with descriptions, notes, modified exercises and examples at your fingertips. No cookie cutter plans.
    • Complete Cardio Routines catered to your lifestyle
    • Access to Elite Trainr PT app and all services provided; meaning real-time updates, tracking for both workout and nutrition
    • Personalized posing sessions (15 mins bi-weekly) & notes for reference (group and 1 on 1)
    • Personalized mobility and stretching plans (if needed and included within posing sessions)
    • 1 on 1 Bi-weekly check-ins in person or via zoom for nutrition, accountability, and mental wellness checks.
    • PEEK WEEK (Show peaking & what it takes to get your body ready for show day): 
    • DAILY Check-ins, posing and adjustments (pending coach’s decision)
    • Customized peek week workout plans, nutrition, water-intake (Changes daily depending on your body's response).
    • POST SHOW: reverse plans are provided and will be provided a day after your show day (Nutrition, training, supplement and cardio plans)

Coach

Mitch Vail

Mitch has been involved in fitness most of his life Being a career firefighter for 21 years, he quickly learned the importance of being physically fit. Mitch began competing in 2013 in Men’s Physique. Since then he has has numerous placing both at regional shows and Pro Qualifiers. He’s he’s competed at 4 National shows and has a vast understanding of contest prep and the importance of offseason athletes.
Mitch became a Personal Trainer in 2018, and has helped hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals. He continues to compete in Men’s Physique and coach athletes. Most recently he has had several bikini and wellness athletes place in top 3 placings. He also specializes in lifestyle clients who want to live a healthier lifestyle.

Manager/Coach

Ashlee Oleinikow

Ashlee has worked as an energetic force in the Fitness Industry with over 11 years of experience working in Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance Training. As a former high performance athlete herself, having spent 11 years as a national level soccer player, Ashlee is a highly sought after coach for both personal training clients and athletes alike. Knowing the importance of individualism this industry needs, she developed a passion for working with the unique and individual needs of her clients. Understanding the importance of injury prevention she recognizes the importance of safe progressions to help athletes build their strength for functionality, stability, and longevity.

She currently is an active bikini competitor within the CPA and Axen Fitness 's competition team posing coach for all females.

Ron Syllion (AKA Rjs Fit)

I have 20 years of experience in fitness industry and 10 years as a personal trainer. I’ve be competing since 2012 as a Men’s Physique competitor. I'm an innovative and athletic coach who zero's-in on high intensity fitness training for any skill. I'm all about real training for real people. I will push you to the limit and reward you for reaching your goal whatever that may be. I'm ready to support you in your goals and take you to the next level!
